My dear friends we love you so very much.
Understand we are with you as you strive to bring together in peace all the parts of your own spirit. There are parts of you that you might label your "higher self" that know truth and love and compassion at all times. There are childhood parts from all ages, some happy, some spirited, some angry, some in need of comfort, and some sad. There are even parts from past lives that surface now and again.
Dear ones you will at long last achieve everlasting peace when you stop making any of these parts wrong. Think of your conscious, loving, compassionate self as the observer to all these beautiful pieces of you. As the various pieces of your spirit come to the surface throughout your days, strive to unify them into One - One YOU! Strive to acknowledge their needs, and if need be, negotiate a compromise with them so you can go about your day with peace, love, and compassion.
For example, suppose someone does or says something inconsiderate to you. A very healthy part inside of you says to yourself, "Hey, that's not ok with me." Your soul realizes it is time to move away from this situation or to speak your truth, with compassion of course. Other parts of you might want to be angry, to snap back, or to get even. Acknowledge those parts first and then work out a compromise. Say to yourself, "Of course you feel this way. Of course you are human and have a tendency to want to get even, but this doesn't solve anything so maybe there is a better way."
Be the peacemaker unto yourselves this holiday season...
Give yourselves permission to BE rather than DO.
Give yourselves permission to love rather than hold grudges.
Give yourselves permission to honor self, over other less important commitments.
Give yourselves permission to be honest about your financial situations and to give yourselves the gift of paying your own bills prior to lavishing financial resources on others.
Give yourselves permission to speak with compassion rather than having to make a point or justify yourselves.
Give yourself permission to receive as well as to give.
Peace begins inside your own heart, spreads to those in your home, and starts to ripple out into your communities. Peace is not going to be achieved by convincing others to think as you do, but rather by allowing yourself to think as you do. You are perfect dear ones, just as you are. Peace.
